sq. 1
so puerto rico is out. i need to go somewhere where i can be on the beach topless. i cannot have ANY tan lines with my wedding dress. Other than St. Martin, any islands that you know of where this isnt frowned upon?

I would assume that all of the French/Dutch islands ok it while the British/American islands do not.

Martinique- I read that it is common at beaches near hotels & hotel pools.
