Which strollers are compatible with the Britax infant seat?

I'm giving my SIL my Britax B-Safe car seat. She's going to need a stroller. Is there a stroller frame (like a snap and go) that's compatible? She's probably going to want a travel system setup too. What strollers, besides the B-Agile and the B-Ready, have Britax adapters?

I believe Baby Jogger does... But I'm not 100%.

Yes baby jogger does. I have the city select with the britax b-safe 35. Unfortunately, it doesn't fit in the snap n go.

I use the Baby Trend Snap N Go FX Universal Infant Car Seat Carrier with my Britax B-Safe 35. It doesn't "click" like my old snap n go did with my Graco carrier, but it rests on top of straps with another strap that goes across the car seat. DH didn't think it looked that stable, but we've been using it for 7 months now with no problems. The FX model was exclusive to Babies R Us, and it appears they now sell the GX instead of the FX. I would test the floor model out at BRU just to be safe if you're looking for a stroller frame. The GX is advertised to work with Britax. It took me a while to find a frame that would work with the B35. I do wish it would click into the frame, but it's working fine being strapped in.
