Lunch @ Crystal palace
Maybe go back to MK at night?

Mon- AK

Have lunch AND dinner booked at Marrakesh b/c really want to go there- thinking to cancel the dinner to keep options open b/c again no clue where we'll be.... ?

Wed- HS

Dinner- have a 6:15 for San Angel inn but also just booked at 7:45 at La Hacienda- b/c I can see fireworks at 9 from restaurant so cancel San Angel?

Thur- MK
pre-park ADR 8 am at BOG
Dinner- stay at park and early 5 pm dinner at Ohana or return to hotel go to Kona at 8:15 dinner and see fireworks from beach. Can't get 8/9 pm at Ohana.

Friday- no park. Departure day- depart late.
HAhaha- have 7:30 am breakfast at Ohana- will liekly cancel

Thinking to see what we all enjoy better- characters or animals and decide which to cancel and which to do last day? Love animals.

LOL. Thank you if anyone got this far and has any comments. Other than maybe Akershus or 1900 anything else I should be looking into???

I'm not a fan of Crystal Palace. So I would def drop that. Unless your kids love Pooh & Friends.

As for your departure day, I would keep Chef Mickeys just for the characters. Your kids will enjoy it...so much fun!

For Thurs, I would pick Kona.

Thank you. that helps. I don't think my kids even know who winnie characters are- but it seemed like a good central place to have lunch and recharge and there aren't THAT many options. I was only planning to do one planned meal this day to maximize flexibility since it's out first real disney day...i mean if i get CRT for lunch i'd swap but it's so much more expensive?

I would drop rainforest. That's a lot of traveling between Epcot area, ask area, and springs.

Do you have park hoppers? We stayed at beach club last time and walked into Epcot every night for dinner and just did counter service. It worked out great and we werent married to a schedule.

I hated the food at Hollywood and vine....

We already have an early bkfst there didn't want to do two at same place-plus even if food is better it seems just as expensive for one plate as a full character buffet? Unless I got wrong info

Liberty Tree Taven is another great option for dining at MK.

I would drop the Rainforest - that's a long day at the park. We have done the whole park and never stayed until the end of the day.

It looks like you have a lot of character meals with similar characters - I would just do one of the ones with Mickey personally, especially since you are hoping to add a princess meal.

Thanks. Thinking to drop rainforest and garden grill, Ohana and the night marrakesh and San Angel inn. Is crystal place that bad? Can easily swap for Liberty tree-available anytime. Otherwise I think I'm set and will try for akershus early bkfst.

Re: another disney post- which restaurants would you drop?

I like your revised plan much better.

Like another poster said I wouldn't do more than one sit down at Epcot. It's a great place to graze. There are a bunch of different snacks I like to get while there - pastries in France, etc. - and I wouldn't want to be too full for them.

The thing with CP is that it is mediocre food for so much money.

Lunch and dinner are the same price - the "dinner" menu starts at 11:30 or something.

If your kids don't know Pooh and friends I just don't see the value in it.

Re: another disney post- which restaurants would you drop?

Thank you-last questions- I just got a 10:40 for akershus would you drop garden grill and marrakesh and just graze otherwise? Marrakesh no big deal?

Obv dropped Ohana breakfast departure day and wil decide between Saana and chef Mickey day before depending on how much they love the characters vs animals

Will probably drop Ohana dinner at 5 and instead see fireworks after Kona from beach

Hearing mixed reviews About hacienda but with a 7:45 should be ideal time and place to see fireworks? Worst case can't we graze before and just sit and order drinks? Is there a rule against that?

I heard Marrakesh is a fun place to eat but check out the menu and see if you like it. Epcot has a lot of dining options so see what appeals to you and your family!

For Hollywood Studios, I think before park opens breakfast is best. We did a lunch there, didn't get ourselves over to the park in the morning and then couldn't squeeze everything in after lunch. The shows and characters don't all go until park closing and sometimes you have to get to the show 20 minutes beforehand. The Star wars fireworks are good if you stay in the park late enough. We could see them from our hotel too, but it's better with the music.

We were going to skip Crystal Palace, but DDs saw Pooh characters through the window when we went to baby care center and begged to go in. We had dinner there and food was much better than our prior trip. It's not as fun as Hollywood and Vine though.

Keep checking day before or even day of and you will get a princess meal.

I like animals, but didn't really care for animal kingdom.

thursday - 8:15 at be our guest pre park open; 5 pm at Ohana and if we are up for it monorail it back to park for night shows

Friday-chef Mickey brunch and depart

Probably just quick service. Or I can book a lunch at Liberty. I thought maybe just keep options open. You think I should book something? Would probably have dinner on Boardwalk or in hotel. How does everything else look?

On second thought may try for rose and crown Sunday dinner if it's better than hacienda. See illuminations Sunday and open up Wednesday to go back to mk at night if we want

If you do quick service at MK, Columbia Harbour House is good.
