How often does your LO eat? Is there a difference if they are drinking pumped BM vs EBF? Also, lately DD sometimes only eats from one side. When I offer her the other side, she sometimes just licks and makes a face or sucks for a second and then seems like she's choking (yet she wouldn't have had enough time to get milk so she's not choking on milk). I wouldn't be concerned about her only eating from one side but then she eats more often which is frustrating for me.

My first nursed every 2 hours during the day until she was over 4 months. My younger one fed every 3 hours from birth (nicu schedule) but eventually went more on demand so it was anywhere from 1 to 4+hours between feedings. She usually took one side each feeding but eventually started taking both more often.

My DS nursed on demand for a year - for the first 6 months, it was definitely every 1-3 hours.
Eta: maybe your let down is too strong?

Re: ? if your 2 month old is EBF or drinks pumped milk
At that age it was a pretty predictable every 2.5-3 hours, except longer stretches overnight. There wasn't a difference if drinking pumped vs from the breast in terms of time between feelings, but I was a "paced feeding" drill sergeant and never gave more than 4.5oz in a bottle for a feeding.
Early on, my LO would usually only take one side per feeding and I would start on the opposite side next feeding. Always offer the 2nd breast but if there's no interest then just start with that boob next time. I had an over supply the first 6-8 weeks so that may have contributed to that pattern.

Time between feedings was about the same with BM and pumped milk. About 2 hours during the day. She was taking ~3oz in a bottle at two months, and now she's doing 4-5oz at 4mos.

very frequent... probably every 1.5-2.5 hours, except if he took a longer nap.
