I EBF, but I am leaving my kids for 2 days with my DH---we had a 'trial run" all morning today and my DS is finally getting the bottle, but he is only taking about 3 oz per bottle. Is that enough?

I think so - at that age, DD only took 4 oz bottles. As long as he is happy and seems satisfied with 3oz at a feeding, that is all that matters. Every baby is different

DD is 8.5 months old and still has 4 bottles of 7 oz's a day, but doesn't finish the last two usually. She has breakfast and dinner and yogurt for lunch right now.

I'm going to say it depends. How often is DC eating? The recomendation is 24-30oz a day at 6-8months. Emmy eats 4 7oz bottles a day and has a breakfast of 1 step 1 fruit and oatmeal and dinner w/1 step 1 fruit and 1 step 1 veggie. My ped told us the normal is about 8oz's in 4 bottles a day.
