PP bleeding
I'm 8.5 weeks postpatrum and for the last week I've been spotting. I originally though it was the start of AF but it never became more than spotting. I stopped bleeding at 4 weeks pp so not sure what's going on!! I've been working out so I am wondering if it's that. Anyone else experience this?

PP bleeding
My first PP AF was mostly spotting. 28 days later, it was a regular period.

When I started working out again post partum I would spot each time. It stopped after a while.

It could be a first AF...or not. With both of my pregnancies I had weird on and off bleeding for the first couple of months. And both times I didn't know if it was my first AF or just more PP bleeding. Either way, it doesn't really matter. You'll figure it out when your body start regulating a bit more.
