UppaBaby Vista vs. BJ City Select

Anyone research both of these together? I have the UB Cruz which I love. DS is 18 months old and DD will get here in June (22 mths apart) so was going to get the Vista since I have all the accessories and car seat for the UB. Went to BBB last night to try it out and placed DS on the bottom seat which was rear facing and he hated it bc the car seat was in his face, even w/ the extenders. I asked if the bottom seat would face forward instead and the associate helping me said no. He then asked me to check out the City Select bc it was comparable to the Vista. BC of the longer frame the bottom seat has way more space than the Vista and he looked much more comfortable. We purchased the City Select bc it was on sale but we had to buy 2 adaptors and all the new accessories to match plus the add'l 2nd seat. This morning I went on UB’s website and learned that the 2nd seat can forward face, contrary to what the associate told me. Debating on going back to return the City Select and getting the Vista. The handle on the UB is much nicer and I am reading that the adaptors for the car seat on the City Select is flimsy. Can anyone offer any insight?

The newest vista can now turn outward. The old vistas cant.

I guess that salesperson wasn't up to date.

I have the vista and love it. No experience with city select. The new model of UPV can be configured almost every way.

I have the 2015 Vista -- is this the newest one? Or is there a 2016?
