Boys who rip their pants....
My DS is a super active 4 & has ripped 4 pairs of his pants!
They all rip on the left knee.
I sow them together & they rip the next day in a spot just below.
Any suggestions for pants (brand) that hold up better?
Weather is not ready for shorts yet & Im not buying him a new wardrobe he won't fit into next year!

I don't have any advice, but OMG I'm in the same situation. My DS rips every single pair of pants - always on the right knee!!

My DS has holes in all his knees. I don;t even try to fix it. Unless they are really bad I let him wear them like that.

Not tight... He's skinny & rips em all: sweatpants to carpenter to khakis.
I will try a pair of iron knee... Worth a shot!

I have the same issue with my older son -
He rips the knees of ALL of his windpants. - it's the only thing he likes to wear, and I'm not forcing him to wear jeans or cargos etc to school - I save those fights for occassions he needs to be dressed appropriately for. -
I honestly just buy extra, on sale - and refuse to spend more than $12 on a pair of pants for him at this age.
OshKosh on sale, with a coupon is my saving grace.

OMG!!! i was thinking about posting the same thing!! DS has SO many pairs of pants with holes in the knees!! and the ones that don't yet, are about to! LOL
i think its from playing cars on the floor at school-- driving them around on his knees.
honestly, I've just been buying extra, and not spending much on pants right now... i do the $5 Circo ones from Target, or from Children's Place on sale, or from Facebook buy/sell groups is a good spot to get cheap ones, too..

Yes!! Funny I was going to post the same exact thing. My DS has holes in a lot of his jeans. All different brands too... Gap, Target, H&M and Children's Place. Ugh!! He's 6 and I have no clue what he's doing but I'm finding more and more have holes.
