I use Zyrtec for myself but have used Allegra for my DS - no issues.
My good friend uses Zyrtec for her kids and likes it.

My sons allergist told us to use Zyrtec. It works the best.

Zyrtec made my son totally loopy, Claritin kept him normal

Saw no difference on Zyrtec, so switched to Claritin and she seems better
