disney itinerary
WE are thinking to stay at the swan/dolphin but getting a good rate from a non travel agent/disney affiliated agent so we can't get an itinerary made for us for free. Does anyone have an itinerary they could forward me? I know it'll all be different based on where u stay and order of rides and season, etc, but may help to loosly get ideas of how to etc from point A to B within a park and times, etc. We will have a 5 day park hopper. Thank you!

Use the Kenny the pirate crowd calendar to pick which parks you want to do on what day. He has travel plans too.

one thing we did last trip was book a couple "pre-park" opening breakfasts. So like if Magic kingdom opens at 9.... you can book a breakfast at Crystal palace or Be our guest for like 8:15/8:30. Or at animal kingdom you can do Tusker House. that gets you in the park before it actually opens. THEN, you can eat and get a little bit of a head start on the rides before the crowds really come in.

Re: disney itinerary
I signed up for touring plans and got customized plans for each day. I just plugged in the park I wanted, time we wanted to get there and leave, if we were taking lunch break and what rides we wanted to do and then it arranges it for you. Now, I wasn't insane about following it exactly but it was nice to have a game plan going in and we changed it as we saw fit

oh yeah! touringplans.com might be good... you have to pay for it- don't think its too much though. and it can give you different plans for what you want. Also easywdw.com might have something similar--- or at least a lot of good information about planning out your park days, etc... they have a really good crowd calendar on there that tells your which park is "recommended" on what day...
