gifts for a 5 year old girl?
I'm at a loss. She very girly, but already has so many baby dolls, barbies, stuffed animals, & dress-up clothes. She just got a huge barbie doll house for Christmas, books, & artsy stuff. Also already has a big kitchen set. What else is there? Anybody with a 5 yr old girl in your life, is there anything they love that I'm not thinking of that would make a great birthday gift?

My dd loves clothes. Out of all her bday and Christmas gifrs she was most excited with new outfits she received than any toy.

I have a 5 year old DS----- but all the little girls in his class are into those Shopkins sets. Or maybe those Lego "Friends" sets, too. They have some with the Disney princesses that are cute

shopkins I know are popular but I have banned them from my house  
she probably going to receive more than enough toys I would get a gift card for her to do something. like a build a bear one or movies or maybe chuck e cheese etc.

Books are always a good gift, or a gift card to Barnes and Noble. Or Summer stuff like a bathing suit, towel, flip flops, etc.

I hadn't either, but apparently it is a new "in" toy. This is what I was actually going to recommend. This or a Pinkalicious book set.

good suggestion! My kids love it also!
Board games, clothes, headbands.
We just gave a friend a basket of hair accessories from claires and she loved it.
