All inclusive resort w great kids camp
Just looking into an AI, open to different islands although not hot on the idea of DR. DS is 4 and DD will be almost 2. I know DD will likely be too young for the kids club but DS would love it. Thanks!

A cruise would be your best bet.
All inclusive, and from my personal experience, Norwegian has a fantastic kids program.
Some people are dead set on never taking cruises, which is understandable, but it really is the best value and you reap the benefits of cruise life, and an all inclusive land vaca. (best of both worlds)

Re: All inclusive resort w great kids camp
Beaches, either Turks and Caicos or Jamaica. DS was 2 the first time we went to Beaches in Jamaica, and they were great with him in the kids club. He napped there and he didn't have any problem. When he was older we went to Beaches T&C and they were great as well. Later they have the Sesame Street shows, which were a great hit for DS when younger.
I went to other AI en Pnta Cana, but never took him to the kids club, mainly because the hotels were very spread out (like having to take a golf car to go to the beach kind of), and I didn't want to hang out in the pool close to them (I felt more comfortable being always closer to the kids club).
We didn't have this problem in Beaches, because although is big, is not that spread out - if that makes sense ;)

Re: All inclusive resort w great kids camp
We just booked Coconut Bay in St. Lucia. Although we have never been, the resort looks amazing and geared to kids. I would definitely check it out. They have a kids camp, kids pool with water slides and many kids daily activities.

Thanks!
Beaches is so expensive and while people say it's great we have been to sandals and felt it was just okay so I don't want to spend that and be let down

Re: All inclusive resort w great kids camp
We just got back from Playa del Carmen and we enjoyed the kids activities at our resort. We stayed at a Karisma Hotel under the Azul name.

The Food was AMAZING for AI.
