If you've been to Disney...
Do you think going with a 1 yr is crazy?!
Girls will be 6 and 4.5 and LO will be 1.
Yay or nay?
Should we wait until he's at least 2?

Re: If you've been to Disney...
honestly 1 year I think in handling him wont be to much different. whatever they can ride at 1 they can ride at 2.
I would maybe wait till 2 only because I would think maybe they might enjoy it a little more but I think it all depends on your LO and how they are.
For me we went right before DS turned 2 and he actually loved it at one I don't think he would have had has much fun.

Re: If you've been to Disney...
Your 1 year old will not get much out of Disney... But will be able to tag along for everything.
Take him you want your other 2 to go at this age.... But if you only want to do it once, wait for the youngest to turn 2. Though this may be too old for your oldest... At 7, most kids are done with princesses (not all, but this seems to be the trend in DS school).
To put in perspective, we are going this year with a 6, 4 & 9 month old. We are going for the 4 year old (who loves everything princess). The 6 year old will have a good time, but he's not into characters & the 9 month old will tag along (easy baby). We will go again when baby is 4 (but my older 2 will be 7 & 9 & doing roller coasters.

If you've been to Disney...
We took my DD when she was a little over 1 & she had a blast. I think she would've enjoyed even more at 2 but we all had a great time so I would just go if you're ready to

Re: If you've been to Disney...
My son was 1.5 yrs old when we went and it was fine. Actually, easier then you would think because he mostly stayed in the stroller, we just took him out for rides and to eat. I think now that he's almost 3 it will be worse when we go back because he never sits still and is always on the run!!
ETA - He actually had a BLAST at Disney despite his age. He loved the rides and he loved all of the shows.

If you've been to Disney...
We took dd last year- she was 14 months old and she had a blast. We went to Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom. She really loved the rides and the shows. Since our visit she is obsessed with Mickey and Minnie Mouse.

I took DS at 18mo and it was great. As long as they've had their MMR ID be comfortable taking them. You can't get more kid friendly than Disney!

Re: If you've been to Disney...
I would definitely go. My oldest has already been 3 times and he's not 5 yet and we are going back in a few weeks. I think especially since your older ones are the perfect ages you will have a great time. He will enjoy the sights and sounds and hopefully isn't at the tantrum stage which would be my concern with a two year old.

We took DD at 18 mos and it was a lot of fun. She loved meeting all the characters and as previous poster mentioned, she mostly stayed in her stroller so it was easy for us.

Re: If you've been to Disney...
It will be easier at one especially if he/she isn't walking yet... It will be a blast to see the little ones reaction to everything.. My son first went at 5 months and he was aware of everything...

Re: If you've been to Disney...
We are thinking of going at the end of the year. DD will be almost 3 1/2 and DS almost 1 1/2. I was concerned too that DS would be too little but I think it will be fine and DD will be at a great age. We are thinking of having a third so I don't want to push the trip off too much because I'm sure it will be harder and we can always go back when they're older anyway.

The one year old is free. What not? My youngest went for the first time at 10 months. We had a blast.
