Pots and Pans Set - Dishwasher Safe??
I always come here for recommendations because I'm always happy with whatever I get! So, I need help in the pots and pans department, pretty desperately.
I currently have a set of Simply Calphalon. I know Calphalon is a great brand and Simply is their budget-friendly line. But, it was just alright, to be honest. They are OK. I wouldn't go out of my way to buy that brand again.
For me, the biggest problem is they are not dishwasher safe. I NEED dishwasher safe.
So, can anyone recommend a pot and pan set -- like a 10 or 12 piece set, that is dishwasher safe??
The only thing I want the set to have as a must is the deep skillet. I use that most.
TIA!!! Not looking to spend tons of money.

See, I saw a set that said it was and one that said it was not...
I'm not sure which SPECIFIC set to get.

Yes, I love her sets, but most of the Hard- Anodized sets are NOT dishwasher safe. The stainless sets should be safe if you like the look of any of those. My set is from QVC, it's one of the hard anodized ones...and to be honest...I've been known to throw it in the dishwasher on occasion and the world didn't end and they didn't fall apart or anything lol

I have one pot from her, the spagetti pot. I LOVE it. But here is a link to a set that is, you don't have to get it from here but just so you have an idea.

You might consider not getting a set and just buying individual pieces of cookware, too, so you can make sure you get what you actually will use.
Also, even though some pans are technically dishwasher safe, dishwashing them generally reduces their life.

Pots and Pans Set - Dishwasher Safe??
I have I think a Cuisinart SS set. It is dishwahser safe but I still clean it by hand. Gets cleaner and IMO holds up better.

CooksEssentials from QVC. They are great!
These are horrible. We had them for about 5 years and the teflon was peeling off the rims.
I recently the Green Pans, and I like them. I like that they are a "healthier" option without a bunch of the chemicals that are in the other ones. I do put them in the d/w, even though the majority of pans I looked at say not to.

Okay, I have been using them since qvc first offered them nay years ago and have never had a problem like you described. In fact, I prefer them to my Calaphalon.

Hmm, we must have gotten a bad batch then. They offer a 10 year warranty, so I figured they would be great. Was beyond disappointed to keep finding flakes of pan in our food!

This is what my parents have and they are doing great. I have a set from Macy's, their own brand. I alternate between hand washing and dish washing.

I got the Rachel Ray set for my shower years ago, and I will never by any other set. Going on 6 years with the set and they look like I still just bought them. I cook anything and everything in them and dishwasher them. Highly recommend them.
