Losing weight while TTC?
I'm assuming this is ok?
I'm still unhappy with my body after dc1. I had trouble losing all of the weight while nursing, and we started TTC shortly after dc1 was weaned. Howeve, we've now been TTC for 3 months (I'm pretty sure I'm out this cycle).
At this point, if I'm not pregnant, I would love to finish losing the baby weight.
Is dieting ok while TTC?

Yes it is ok, basically you are just eating healthy which is always good

Yes this exactly!
Absolutely- just make sure you're getting the vitamins you need. I know a lot of people take prenatals while they are TTC.

Make sure you're getting enough calories, too. Too few calories can cause you to not ovulate.
