Getting RSVPs from classmates
Dd's kiddie birthday party is Saturday, December 5. I need to at least ballpark the numbers of kids coming by the weekend before, which is November 28.
The problem is that 11/28 is the weekend after thanksgiving, and dd has a short week at daycare that week. I intentionally thus put an early-ish RSVP date of 11/25.
I have heard from ONE of the eleven daycare kids in her class (I've already heard from most of our personal friends). This party can range from 9 to 19 kids depending on what the other 10 kids say!
And what's worse is that I don't have the phone numbers of the daycare kids. How am I supposed to get the info once the 25th comes and goes? Is it weird if Next week I ask the daycare teacher to remind parents to RSVP? I don't know how else to reach out. And I need to order goody bag stuff too! Argh!
Any ideas? I'm so frustrated! I know I still have a few days but wanted to post this just to get some ideas. Thanks.

i would put reminders in their cubbies or ask the teacher if you would mind mentioning it to the other parents.

I've been there it's so annoying!! Like others I have put a reminder in their cubbies.
