Mommy baby yoga?
Does this exist? DD is almost 16 mo, and I was thinking it might be nice to take yoga classes.
We live in Seaford.
Is this a thing?

It exists. There's a place in Woodbury and Huntington. Woodbury would be easy right up 135.

There's also a mommy and me ballet class and I believe also Zumba. We do the ballet and it's so cute.

Mommy baby yoga?
I'm planning on starting ballet next year, but I was talking to dd in the car tonight about relaxation and meditation techniques because she was a bit fussy, so I started thinking about yoga.
And yes, I know I'm nuts.
