mommy and baby yoga
We had our first workout at the mommy and baby yoga class at New Baby Belly today. It was so nice to get moving again. They were very nice there and it was a surprisingly great workout. My LO is almost 6 weeks and we learned some much needed gas relief postures.

Glad you enjoyed it! I did it with my son at NBB for months and we LOVED it!
