AF cramps

is this normal for 32 weeks? No spotting or bleeding just cramping.

I have gotten them twice in the past week - like really low right? Mine were accompanied by lower back pain too - I thought they could be contractions but they went away so I know they weren't.

Totally low! Doesnt even feel like where the baby is. I dont think its stretching.

Yeah its either the baby getting into "position" (which mine has been for 2 months so not sure about that theory) or it could be some type of stretching. It goes away though right? Mine lasts for at least an hour or so then eventually does go away. Scary - b/c I always think it could be contractions!!!!

lol...thats what I was thinking "what if I am going into labor" haha Yes, it does go away but its been retuning. doesnt feel like contractions so its not brax. hicks
