2 year old biting, hitting, temper tantrums
My DD just turned 2 and she has been throwing temper tantrums when we say no to her or she doesn't get whatshe wants. She has also been hitting and biting my husband when she gets upset. It's so stressful. Any tips?

If you haven't started instituting time outs, I would try that when she hits. It helps with my DS; neutralizes him and he calms down.

Time outs and taking away privileges - like tv or tablet time. Repeating to the child "no biting" and having the child repeat it back.
Biting is very natural in children who get frustrated but cannot voice that frustration. Just keep consistency and it should hopefully be just a phase.

Yep - google "effective time out method" and you'll find a bunch of five step instructions. Follow them to a "T" -- do exactly what it says and don't deviate. Works amazingly well if you stick to it and are consistent. You can get a time out chair or time out mat from Amazon -- and they even have the "time out time tracker" clock which helps so much as well. I got that idea from Super Nanny.
HTH!

2 year old biting, hitting, temper tantrums
My daughter is 18 months and does the same thing when she wants to do something and we say no. Shell bite, kick, pinch, cry anything bad really. I have no idea were she go this from. We never gave in from day one. How do you get a little one to sit in time out? I know she would get right up. My dh has been putting her in her crib when she doesnt listen. That seems to be working for now. My ds never acted out at all so this is all new to me.

2 ways. Either hold her down for the time out or keep walking her back to the time out spot and restarting the time. Eventually they get it.
