I know the Cromwell does
ETA: If you look at the types of rooms on their website, it looks like they only have 1 BR suites, but when I was there, there was second bedroom that connected the suite, so that there were 2 bedrooms with the living space in the middle

Re: Vegas
We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite at Cosmo. It was nice. They have a private spa suite if the girls are interested in that. Everyone's favorite part of the trip was the bachelorette spa day. We were 35yo and not 21 yo though.

Just came back from there, I know the Mirage has 2 bedroom suites. The Venetian as well.

I think most places would have what you're looking for - it comes down to price and location. I would look into Planet Hollywood or Cosmo. If you don't mind not staying in a casino, look into The Jockey Club (Timeshares). It's connected to The Cosmo but it has a kitchen and living room.
