I know the Cromwell does

ETA: If you look at the types of rooms on their website, it looks like they only have 1 BR suites, but when I was there, there was second bedroom that connected the suite, so that there were 2 bedrooms with the living space in the middle

Re: Vegas

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite at Cosmo. It was nice. They have a private spa suite if the girls are interested in that. Everyone's favorite part of the trip was the bachelorette spa day. We were 35yo and not 21 yo though.

Re: Vegas

Just came back from there, I know the Mirage has 2 bedroom suites. The Venetian as well.

I think most places would have what you're looking for - it comes down to price and location. I would look into Planet Hollywood or Cosmo.
If you don't mind not staying in a casino, look into The Jockey Club (Timeshares). It's connected to The Cosmo but it has a kitchen and living room.
