spinoff- kinda
has anyone ever walked away with someone elses cart and didnt realize right away?
happens to me all the time!! announcements are usually made but those are useless half the time

I haven't done that, but at one (very) small shopping center I go to frequently, one of the employees has the exact same car that I do. I was always accidentally going up to her car. One day, she did the same to mine, and we both joked about how we are constantly trying to get into one another's cars.

Omg yes. I have. So embarrassing. It's happened more than once.
I also walked off with someone's cold cuts at stop and shop once. The woman was a bit of a douche about it tho so screw her. I thought my number was 18 but I was 19. I do that order at the kiosk thing. So when I heard them say 18, I went to the cubby and picked up the cold cuts. Same order as me only there was an added ham package. I was looking thru it and saying weird they gave me ham too and she comes over to me and is like "EXCUSE ME, THOSE ARE MINE. WHY ARE YOU TAKING THEM AND LOOKING THRU?" I apologized right away realizing I had the wrong number in mind and she just scowled at me.
I gave her a look right back that showed her what I really thought of her. Started with a C and ended w a T

lol @ why are you looking thru. i wouldve found a huuuuuuuuge box of condoms or vagisil and put it in her cart. (Ive done that to people)

Why are you looking through? Like her flucking cold cuts are so confidential.
Like her social security number was engraved in the ham.

No. But I once had an older woman follow me around Target insisting I had taken her cart. She was asking me where I had put all her things that she had in the cart. I felt bad for her, but I didn't have her cart...

My husband did that last weekend, and I'm yelling after him that he's got the wrong cart. And I have had my stop and shop kiosk deli order swiped more than once, so I can understand the woman being annoyed about you holding her order.

No but last night I was walking past an aisle that had a cart with no one by it and a lady comes running saying that's my cart and looks at me. She said oops sorry mine is still here. She thought I took her cart by mistake.
