The Chocolate Duck in Farmingdale has great stuff. Lots of molds, delish chocolate, sprinkles

Re: making chocolate covered pretzels
I just melt ghiradelli choc chips in a double broiler and do them that way - easy and delicious.

I always use Chocoley Chocolate for these sorts of things. Delcious & they deliver pretty quickly. (I don't live near a chocolate store). They also have lots of tips & recipes on their website.
Chocoley.com (Disclosure: referral link- I earn points toward a discount if you order through this link).

Re: making chocolate covered pretzels
I buy almond bark - it melts much more smoothly than Wilton brand. Guittard is even better but more expensive. I buy decorations at Michaels, JoAnn or Amazon.

Re: making chocolate covered pretzels
Dani, Good Luck with making the pretzels. I'm sure they will look great. I never did pretzels, because I got too frustrated after making pops for a shower. I wasn't crazy how they came out but others said they were nice.
Try to post a pic if you can.

I have made them many times, but for some reason I find colored chocolate to think & also burns easily. If it doesn't come out well, use milk chocolate.
