Fun!
Also keep at it with the studio.
They can be very intimidating in the beginning. I almost wish studios would do a class before the class and then repeat again for newbies to feel more comfortable.
I have been going to mine for close to 6 years now and have gotten to know so many nice people.
Myself and most of the regulars don't fit the typical yoga stereotypes either, which is another piece that motivates me to keep going.
The workout is no joke and I've learned to sit out sometimes an entire class if I need to and not worry at all about others around me. This took awhile though LOL.
