Stitches-how long for no swimming? Updated!
I never asked the dr.
DD has a few in her chin.
Anyone know? She's dying to go in the pool! Figured I could cover it with water proof bandaide?
Update: have to wait another week!!!!!! Uhhhhh

Stitches-how long for no swimming?
I would say until the Dr says she can. You don't want infection. The pool has chemicals to clean it but why chance it. Plus, someone can knock into her chin while playing (by accident )Why not wait until Monday and call.

I hope she feels better. I had stiches in my chin and lip when I was a kid..

Thanks! She's such a trooper and has felt FINE! Although that makes it tough to keep her laying low!

I had surgery last year, and was banned from the pool until after the stitches came out.
