Scrap metal
call Gershow scrap or two brothers, they buy scrap metals and they pay you by the pound. I have done it you can make $$.
Not sure if they take elliptical but they might take you mower

Unsure. I posted it on Craigs List as free scrap (I had a lawn mower, also) and some guy came by Saturday morning and took it. Maybe related to the ad, or maybe just a guy driving around looking for scrap.

Is the pool in good condition? If so maybe post it on craigslot that's it free but they need to remove it. Someone may want it but can't afford to buy one.
I've seen that done before. And my BIL did this with his deck.

ours is half in-ground, one piece. so the steel would need to be cut. not sure if i trust a random person from craiglist. i'd feel more comfortable with a company, kwim?
but i would sure love for someone else to do it !! lol. DH is ripping down the deck sloooowlllyyyy
