Tie-Dye: How?
For camp tomorrow my son needs a tie-dye shirt.
I have a bunch of white shirts that I can dye and I saw a wiki-how video on how to get that spiral look but WHAT do I use for the dye??
This is a dumb question but I have never done this before -- you don't use food coloring, do you?
Or do I go to Michael's or AC Moore to get something else?

or go to walmart... i have a feeling walmart shoppers are the type to wear tie dye- so you can probably pick up a shirt for a few dollars and save the headache of making one

Oh great --- because I don't live ANYWHERE near a WalMart.
So, I'll try the supermarket and look for this.
Otherwise there is a Michael's close to me.

Check out how to tie dye shirts with sharpie markers and rubbing alcohol. Super easy and so much neater.
