Summer video monitor, no sound?
Has this happened to anyone? We never used the sound for dd. But now We just set up the second camera for ds and realized that the sound isn't working. It's only 2 years old. Do you think they will send me a new screen?

I had something similar happen. I told them it was under a year. (Not sure if that made a difference) They sent me a referbished one. Worked perfectly though.

Same thing happened to me, and I told them it was under a year and they wanted a receipt to prove that.. I didnt have it.

PS I somehow fixed it by deleting the cameras and reinstalling them to the hand held.. but if I try to volume down I can NOT volume up.. So I cant touhc the volume unless I want to keep un installing and reinstalling
