My son got his Dtap, chicken pox booster and MMR booster
We were able to defer the MMR booster and chicken pox booster at the 4 yo visit because she has another well visit before she enters K in fall. I will give her whatever is required for K entry then. Which according to my district is just another chicken pox. No mmr booster for K.
she had DTAP only at the 4 yo visit

Just looking at a letter we got at K orientation for the NYS immunization requirements.
Before K they need:
DTP- 4 to 5 doses (if the 4th does was given at age 4 or older the 5th dose is not necessary)
Polio- 3-4 doses (one dose must be given after age 4)
Hep B- 3 doses
MMR- 1 dose
Varciella (chickenpox) 2 doses
Thought this might be helpful in going in to the 4 year old well visit.

Yes that was what they told us at K registration
So just one MMR is needed for K but you need 2 chickenpox
