4th of July "trip"
Any ideas?
I'm going to be 8 months preggers & have 2 kids in tow... but it is a 3 day weekend for all of us.
Any local ideas for where to go? Maybe an overnight trip?

i noticed your name is NYC girl. do you live in manhattan? If not, go spend the weekend there. Holiday weekends in Manhattan are AMAZING.

Given it's a holiday weekend, you may have a hard time finding a place that doesn't have a 2-3 night minimum. With that said, how about Mystic or Philadelphia?

Yes I have found that most places like Montauk, Jersey Shore all have 3 night min during the WHOLE summer, but especially on holiday weekends.
I would do more of a city- like maybe Boston or Philly?

I've been noticing that. I may go to Philly (love Boston & Mystic too, but have been there this past year).

We will probably do Philly. We also have two kids and they love it. We have spent that last two years there during the 4th of July.
