We did Paradisus Palma Real but stayed in The Reserve section & loved it. The kids has a blast, accommodations were top of the line, food was good. We would go back in a heartbeat

Which one? There are two. Punts cana and Palma real. But both actually located in punts Cana.
I stayed at Palma real and it was great! I didn't have kids then but they had the sections separate.

Palma Real. None of the 40 people we were.with enjoyed it. It was ok but we all thought it was overpriced and the food was eh.

Last August we went to RIU, it was the second or Third from the top. Have to look it up because there is an adult one. It was great and everyone enjoyed themselves - kids, teens, adults. Price was very good!

We went to Punta Cana bavarro and loved it. Food was ok, but they really helped us out with our little guy. There were playgrounds and they had a mini water area for kids which was awesome...stuff was very friendly.

I was just wondering about club med and if people go there. It seems like a good option...

Thank you everyone. Club Med seems like such a 80's/90's place to go, I wasn't sure if they were still popular lol. But I will look into them along with a few others.

Family friendly resorts in DR
A couple of years ago we went to Dream La Romana. They definitely had a lot of family friendly activities and was overall very family friendly. The resort itself was nice - nothing over the top luxurious, but very nice. The food was pretty good - the buffet was decent and some of the other restaurants were really good. In general, I am not a fan of all-inclusive resorts (but it what worked for us at the time), so I don't think I would ever rave about one, but we all had a very nice time time and the place was pretty nice.
