Thermometer Recommendations
What is a good and accurate thermometer (besides the rectal one)?
I have the Braun one for the ear and it is so inconsistent.

We use the Exergen Temporal thermometer.

Thermometer Recommendations
I have the braun ear one and the exergen temporal and prefer the braun. The exergen has missed fevers a few times and the braun one for me has been consistent.

For what age? We never had any luck with the temporal ones. I recently got a Braun ear and it is ok. I still have to do rectal because my son spikes high fevers really fast..

Thermometer Recommendations
I use the Braun ear one. It's usually pretty accurate. I'm also more concerned with temperature ranges than exact numbers. (Ie low grades vs high fever).
