Yes! I have been as a child and can't wait to take my kids there (I have a friend who lives near there).
We had friends who went a couple of years ago and had a blast.
Another cute park which may have more to do for little ones is Santa's Village - 30-45 minutes further up Rt 16.

Haven't been to Storyland, but I have been to Santa's Village and it's great. They have a new water area too. I think it opened last summer or the year before.
