Best shoes for disney
I'm not a sneaker person but I know we are going to do so much walking- any suggestions??

I hate sneakers but I think I will probably do it for disney. I think my knees would kill me if I did flip flops and flip flops are never good for rides. I think my only option is sneakers. If you are comfortable in wedge sandals, I see lots of people wear those. To me, those are almost as uncomfortable as heels.

Try a sports type sandel like teva, merrels, etc. sneaker like bottom, comfy and has straps so they stay on. Better than sneakers by if they get wet they dry very fast. Not fun wear wet sneakers and socks after a rain shower or water ride.

I plan on bringing 2-3 pairs of sports-like sandals (good support, ankle support, etc). I need to change my shoe after a full day of walking or I get really bad arch pain - hence the 2-3 pairs!

I wore crocs flip flops they were much more comfy than regular ones. I also wore toms as they are very light weight.

Nothing is worse than wet sneakers, so I would go with a supportive sandal. I can't wear flip flops all day, they kill my knees and legs since they have zero support. I have a pair of lightweight brown Teva's...they are ugly, but function over fashion at WDW!

Never been to Disney but I must chime in that Crocs flip flops are like sneakers!
So comfy and this is coming from a person who is uncomfortable in sneakers!
I have terrible feet and no shoe ever feels good on me.
So yes, Croc Flips all the way!

I would usually wear a pair of Skechers - I have different ones. Light weight and comfy. Besides I think they look really cute.

That's what I wore except for the day it was like 50 degrees...I wore sneakers that day...they were both just as comfy

either the croc flip flops or Toms. Whatever you buy make sure you break them in before you go. There is nothing worse that hurting feet when you're at Disney.

During summer I did flip flops. Once we went in a cooler weather and I wore skechers mary janes. I got tired with both, but it was because of the amount of walking, more than the shoes.

I tend to get a new pair for each trip. I do sneakers in December, and high quality walking sandals in warmer weather. I always bring two pairs and alternate wearing them. I only wear flip flops at water park days.

Me too! They dry quick if needed too. I do have a pair of Merrill walking sandals I'll sometimes wear, or comfy flip flops. Never had an issue & we are at the parks from open to close.
