Outer Banks - Rental Company Websites?
Looking to book a trip to the Outer Banks and want to book a rental home.. there are so many rental agencies down there with various levels of website quality.
Anyone have an agency/website they recommend?

my parents own a vacation house down there, and they rent theirs house through Sun Realty. its sunrealtync.com its a big company with lots of houses to pick from. have a blast!!!! i'm jealous bc it doesn't look like we're gonna make it down there this summer

We always use VRBO for our vacation rentals. We have rented places in NC and FL and always worked out great

See I'm finding the VRBO website super annoying. First of all, I like looking at weekly rates and they seem to only give "average weekly night" (When most of them are weekly rentals anyway) and these nightly rates are meaningless because it's an average and not necessarily what you'd pay at a certain time of year. And there isn't anything solid, you have to email the property owner, get info, etc. Seems like so much work!

Outer Banks - Rental Company Websites?
We have a cousin that rents down there every year and invites us down. They have used Sun Realty and Southern Shores Realty.
