If you have 2 carseats in middle row of a minivan..
My daughter is expecting her 2nd baby in a few weeks. My granddaughter is almost 4 1/2 and is in a graco myride 65 seat. She had been in the captains seat behind the passenger. We went to have the base installed for the new baby. They moved my granddaughters seat so now she is sitting behind the driver and the base for the infant seat is behind the passenger, leaving the small middle seat empty. We are not sure what to do because my husband and I travel with them occasionally and we don't know how easy it would be for use to go thru the middle aisle if that seat were removed. Does anyone have two carseats right next to each other, leaving one captains chair empty so it can be removed if people need to get to the back row? I'm wondering about putting the base for the baby in the middle seat? We both have Honda Odysseys, if that helps. Thanks

The Myride is known as a bulky seat. It's possible that they couldn't get the two seats installed independently of each other. Meaning, that if they were right next to each other, they may have been leaning on each other which is not safe. Join Car Seats for the Littles on Facebook and ask there!

I agree with this. The way the MyRide is designed, it is next to impossible to get a seat to fit right next to it.
Also at 4.5 years old, I would be concerned that she is almost or already is too big for the my ride. Do the harness straps come from above her shoulders?
