gummy multi vit
My DS had blood work done and his iron was alittle low. I checked his Lil Critters Complete vits he was taking and there was no iron!!! Don't know how I missed that one. Is there a good gummy multi vitamin out there other than Lil Critters? Even there Multi vit has no iron.

I could never find a gummy vitamin with iron. I read somewhere that they look too much like candy and a kid can overdose easily if it has iron in it.
I did find a Flinstone chewable (not gummy) with iron, but you have to be at least 4 to take it.
My DS is two and he's still using the liquid vitamin with iron. I just add it to his drink in the morning.

He can't have the flinestones. They have dyes and that's why I had him stop. My ds is 8. Will find another vitamin.
