Teacher's Schedule and daycare/babysitting options
We're in Suffolk, but our in-home daycare gives us a teacher rate. We pay a little more per day, but we don't pay when my school is closed for breaks/summer. There may be similar centers/sitters who do the same.

Hi. If you are a teacher or have a similar schedule (summer's off etc.) what do you do for daycare? How does it work in the summer? How much do you pay? Do you pay for breaks like spring and winter break? Do you have the option of going part time?
If you have a daycare in Nassau county that you like please recommend it. I thought I had this all figured out but things have changed. Please share any information you have. I can't afford to have someone come into my home. I know that is very expensive. This is for an infant by the way. Thanks ladies!
We found a daycare that operates on a school schedule. They have an early drop-off option, so I can get to work on time. There is a part-time option, though I'm not sure how it works for infants. FM me for the name.
