Play mat?
Are there any safe play mats out there?? I don't like the ABC foam ones for a couple of reasons- choking and reports of toxic materials.
It seems that this is an issue with these mats.
But I do need something safe for my 10 month old to play on Bc I only have HW floors.

I got these when my daughter started crawling. Now a 1.5 years later I use them for DD2 and they look brand new. Easy to clean, nice to look at and built solidly. I don't think my DD would be ever be able to rip or bite off a piece. They are really thick.

If we have another, I plan on getting a babycare mat (which I wanted to get for DD but by the time we got out of our tiny apartment and actually needed a playmat, I was comfortable getting a cheap alternative.
