Does anyone have the Skip Hop Playspot Play Mat?

How do you like it? I was thinking of getting one for my DD's room. It looks easy to clean, but I would love any and all opinions.External Image

I have it! I haven't had to clean it yet, but so far I really like it.

We have it, and it's fine, pricey though! I would have gotten another mat, but the ones I saw were all for children 3 years and older. This was the only one I saw that was supposed to be okay for babies.

What would be the difference...does it say?

Probably the other mats had the little pieces that would "pop" out of the mats, which are a choking hazard.

I love that Skip Hop one, but I couldn't believe it's $80! They have it at BBB and they do take the Bed Bath Beyond coupons, so that helps.

I'm not sure what the difference is, but it probably is small pieces. Though the end pieces on the Skip Hop mat are also small (they fit through a toilet paper tube so could be a choking hazard).

The Skip Hop mat is very pricey. I'm kind of annoyed that we spent that money on it and didn't look around more, but we didn't have loads of time. And it does look nice.

I saw it a BBB and really liked it a lot, but couldn't justify spending the extra $$ on it. The Alphabet one was $50 and I think the skip hop was $30 more or so, as someone else mentioned.

I like the design but $80 its a bit too much to pay! I am getting the alphabet one and removing all the small pieces...my friend has it and the smallest piece is the top of #8...

We have two of them - I wanted an alphabet one but all the ones I found said no for under 3 for choking hazard. The only issue I have with them is DD preferred to take it apart on a regular basis so I was constantly putting it back together that I finally gave up. Here are some pics of the mat in our playroom:
