Help! DD hasn't pooped in almost 3 days!
Tried prune juice, prunes hidden in muffins, warm bath - nothing is helping. She cries when she is trying to go and I feel terrible there is nothing I can do for her.
She is 3 and has this problem once in a while but never for this long. Does anyone have any advice???

Half a capful if Miralax in juice. Works like a charm.

I increase DS's fruits and veggies when he's constipated. I also make sure he's drinking more water and staying active. If everything else fails, like the PP, I give him Mirilax. I try to use natural remedies before I resort to that.

Probiotics work for us!
Also, a little mineral oil.

If none of the other remedies work, you can try a glycerin suppository (PediaLax). We just had to use it on our 5yo and it was easy and worked like a charm.
