Im lucky my ds cries if he gets wet from snow and my dd is always cold, like me, and hates snow. Last time we got snow to play in my dh and i built a snowman for the kids while they watched us from inside (with their grandpa) hahaha

I don't mind it - I actually like it now that they are bigger (3 & 5)
but I think if I was a SAHM w/ the kids home and nagging and wanting to be out there ALL day I'd feel differently -

ME!!! i hate HATE playing in the snow!!! i wasnt a huge fan of it as a kid either! i would usually play for like 20 minutes & come back inside to warm up
thankfully my husband will take over playing with our 4 year old outside tomorrow

One year i did my duty and bought her snow boots and snow pants.
I put them on her, she refused to walk. Just stood like an abominable snowman and then cried hysterical.
We didn't eve make it outside.
She hated how the bulk made her legs feel like she couldn't walk
Very much like me who refuses to wear a winter coat until it is ABSOLUTELY necessary and hardly EVER wears a scarf because I can't take any bulk!
I don't waste my money on that stuff anymore.
