my DS takes this when he's sick. i put it in his milk and he doesn't even notice.

We've used it intermittently as needed. I'd buy the adult capsules and empty one capsule into her bottle (at the time). It's the same dosage as the kids packs, and are cheaper and non-flavored.

we use it if our kids are on antibiotics and just empty a capsule into some yogurt or something similar.
