bloody noses
DD is 4...within the last year, pretty much out of nowhere, she's gotten a bloody nose at least 4 times. One time i know she had her finger up there, but the other times, she said she didnt.
thoughts as to why this could be happening?

Maybe it is too warm in your house. My DH gets terrible nose bleeds if the house is too warm.

Did you take her to the ENT? There could be many reasons. My son got them all the time when he was younger. He was later diagnosed with a blood disorder.

Does she sleep with a humidifier? The dry air from the heat can cause it.

The air is drier, and if you have forced hot air heat, the warm air is dried even more. All of that dry air definitely leads towards more nosebleeds.

She might have post nasal drip, that's avout when my bloody noses started, one doctor kept telling my parents I was lying when I said I wasn't picking my nose, but they knew. I had post nasal drip.... And as an adult came to learn I have a deviated septum.

Op I used to get them from allergies when I was younger.

thanks all for responding...
I'll start the humidfier and making sure she gets lots of water to keep her hydrated too. I noticed that lately she hasnt been drinking as much so i am sure that's not helping...too "busy" paying and making a mess of the house! lol
