BF baby refusing bottles at daycare....
DS has been in daycare since 4.5 months; he's now 7 months. Typically, he eats 16 ounces over a 9 hour period along with a half jar of fruit and a quarter cup of oatmeal.
Last Monday, DS had croup so he didn't go to daycare for over a week so he hasn't had a bottle for a while. During this time, I started giving DS a whole jar if fruit with his oatmeal. Yesterday, DS drank 11 ounces at daycare. Today, he only drank 7 ounces. He still has a lot of wet diapers so I'm not overly concerned (yet).
Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this. I know today could have just been an off day.

My Ds always fluctuated on how much he drank. And some days he would not drink much all day but then take more at night or not much one day and a ton the next.

Since he is just getting over being sick maybe he is just off? I hated wasting BM. Each drop was so precious, from all the time I spent w that pump lol.

Do you notice him nursing more at night? Could be reverse cycling. If not, it can't hurt to cut back on the solids until he takes the usual amount.

Over night, he didn't eat once. We'll see how he eats today. I am nursing him at least three times during the day.
