Dd is 3 mths.. I still use the white part of the head support. .. when do I start to use the other part??

If it's an aftermarket product - meaning it did not come with the car seat, it is not recommended to use it. It's a safety concern. Usually infant seats come with their own head/body support.

Yep I bought it, and then never used it because of this.
