Meeting DH's old friend in Orlando - WWYD?
Our family is tagging along to Orlando when DH has a conference. DH reconnected with an old friend who wants to meet up with us in Orland/Disney World. I have never met this friend. He has a 3 year old son. His friend is also a physician but is not attending the conference.
I'm a planner and have our FP+ and meal reservations made already. We are staying on site. His friend is staying off site. DH is NOT the type to coordinate schedules. DH just wants to meet up with his friend and wing it.
WWYD?
A. Cancel all our reservations and truly just wing it.
B. Try to make a few reservations for 7.
C. Reserve a free day where we don't go to the parks. We can hang out at the resort and Downtown Disney.
D. Let DH go catch up with his friend solo for dinner one night. Keep all our daytime plans the same.

I say C, but I would probably send the guy an email and say something like...
I am a bit of a planner and already have most of our days planned. We're planning to do X,Y, and Z. You are more then welcome to join us, or we have left Wednesday (whichever day is best for you) completely open. We can relax at the pool and then grab something to eat. Just let me know.
