Juan Pablo Galavis and Nikki Ferrell Split
Their social media accounts seem to indicate that they have split.
On Sunday, Ferrell unfollowed Galavis on both Instagram and Twitter. Then, the pediatric nurse posted a harsh quote on her Instagram page that fans speculated was aimed towards the controversial reality star.
"Isn't it pathetic how we waste so much time on certain people and in the end they prove that they weren't even worth a second of it," she posted, adding on "Nope not one single second" as a caption.
As for Galavis, he keeps following and unfollowing Ferrell – having stopped following her at least twice Sunday night, only to start following her again. On Monday, he was following her as of 7 a.m., only to stop later on.
Ferrell has certainly stuck by Galavis through a fair share of drama.
In March, millions of Bachelor fans were disappointed by a lack of a proposal on the finale, then shocked by Galavis's refusal to say "I love you" to Ferrell.
In the latest season of VH1's Couples Therapy, viewers have watched the couple struggle over Galavis's inability to express affection (he still hasn't said "I love you").
After a recent episode, Ferrell suspended her Twitter account after facing major backlash on Twitter from those who judged her for staying in the relationship.
"He handles it okay," Ferrell said about the attention on their relationship. "I don't. I struggle. The more we open up this relationship to show people into it, the more it gives them to attack us. I just want to have my normal life."

Juan Pablo Galavis and Nikki Ferrell Split
I never new who he was until recently on couples therapy, they are not a couple made for each other. He is not able to give her what she needs
on the flip, someone in the office told me about him and some of the things he did on his show, they sounded disgusting. why anyone would want to date s shit like him...she is young and should move on.
