Almost Time and So Excited

Went to the OB yesterday and it's time to come off bc and start tracking ovulation before starting TTC in a few months. Yay!!!!!!

She said I should start taking pre-natals asap. Any recommendations on which ones to get? And also, which ovulation kit is best? Do most people use Clear Blue?

Also, any ideas on how to deal with FH, who wants to just 'wing it'? He knows why tracking is important and we both want to get PG right after we get married, but he feels like following something like Deanna's plan takes all the romance out of it.

I take CVS prenatals. I recommend the CBE digital OPK (I don't have the advanced one, just the regular one that gives a smiley when its positive).

I would agree with your fh. Just wing it in the beginning. Don't stress it because if it takes a while it will make the process extremely long depressing.

I agree with FH... just wing it in the beginning. If after a few cycles, you feel you want to add the tracking, go for it, but I would not recommend going straight for that.

I'd agree with just winging it. Especially if you'll be newly weds, who needs the added stress? Just BD every other day (or more) around the middle of your cycle and hopefully that's all it takes for you guys.

As for prenatals, I like One a Day OTCs.
