Deanna's Plan?
How many of you ladies have been )or know somebody who has been) successful using Deanna's Plan. According to the statistics on the website I read, 40% of post MC women will get pregnant in the first month when faithful to Deanna's Plan. I used her plan and got pregnant the first try back in March and ended up miscarrying at 7 weeks. I was absolutely crushed and it took until now for me to be serious about getting pregnant again. I just got a positive opk, I know I shouldn't eat my hopes up but I dunno if I can handle this. Looking for other ladies POV. TIA!!

I am attempting Deannas plan this month bc I have heard it works. I am confused though. It says every other day until you get a postive OPK and then 3 days on and 1 off.... I took a CB opk and got the blinking smiley, I am assuming that its not positive yet and still every other day? Ugh I have no idea this stuff confuses me ha

I used Deanna's Plan while using OPK's and I also temped.
Started Deanna's plan and temping on CD8....using OPK's on CD10
Once you get the solid, BD that day and three days after. One day rest and then one final BD before the TWW. If you temp, you have to keep temping every single day at the same time each morning. I temped up through CD 16 which was a week after I got my BFP.

Yes, blinking is not positive so if the days you get a blinking is not a "BD" day, you won't BD while following Deanna's Plan.
